    Hello,

    I bought this plugin specifically to create a pricing table like the demo #2.
    In the documentation I see instructions how to set #1 and #3 but no #2 ... Am I missing something?

    Hi, Viktor.

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    -

    You are correct, at the moment we have detailed step by step tutorials how to make Pricing Demo tables #1 and #3 , the table #2  is very similar, so you should be able to create it without trouble,

    but at the moment we did not make the detailed step-by-step tutorial for example #2  yet.

    We will do our best to add a tutorial for that one specifically as well as soon as possible.

    -

    I guess that you already viewed our Youtube Tutorial Video of how you can generally make these kinds of pricing tables from the Documentation Page?

    It is basically the same principle, the Table example #2 is slightly different.

    -

    For the time being, until we make the specific tutorial for Table #2 , can you tell us did you try to create it;

    are you struggling with some specific aspects of the table, we can advise you?

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

    Hi, Viktor.

    Once again our sincerest apologies for the late reply.

    In our country, Serbia, we had two non working days, the 1st and 2nd of May for the Labour Day holiday,

    in this time a lot of new tickets accumulated which slowed down our usual response times.

    We should be back to normal response times going forward.

    -

    Let us know if you would like to give our plugin another try - we can certainly help you achieve a table like the Example #2,

    can you show us any screenshots if you already started to try to make it,

    let us know if you struggle with some specific aspects of it;

    or we can take a remote look at your back-end setup of the table and we can advise/ help to make it?

    If you send any confidential details such as access, please make sure to mark the reply as PRIVATE, for security reasons.

    -

    If you still wish to go for a refund, as you mentioned on the other ticket, we will understand;

    we will respond on the private ticket with detailed instructions how you can get a refund from your Store Account.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

    I do understand about the days off and the high number of tickets. However, I was pressured by time and had to make this happen so I found another way.
    I would still like this refund.
    If needed I will make the purchase again and see what I can do.

    Hi, Viktor.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding,

    once again our apologies, we have been extremely busy in this time period.

    We mentioned on the private ticket, but it is not a problem at all, we will share the instructions for getting a refund here as well, perhaps any other users might need this, so it won't harm to know.

    Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

    If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund PolicywpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

    That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    -

    Of course, we will do our best to add a more detailed tutorial for the specific table in our Documentation and if possible another Video, as well.

    We hope you might return in the future as a premium user, and we will be here if you have any questions at any time.
