Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
At the moment, there is no built-in feature in Amelia that would allow assigning two Employees for the same Appointment.
However, it can be fixed with a workaround: if you connect both Employees to the same Google Calendar, then in case there's a booking for let's say 10 am with Employee A, then the same time slot at 10 am will be unavailable for further bookings with Employee B as well.
Unfortunately, this workaround doesn't help to select two Employees for an Appointment separately. Thus, they will have to work in "fixed" pairs.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is the only possible workaround. Service can not work without employees you can only create employees and hide the employee choice on the booking form like this

Hi,
Is it possible to select multiple operators for the same service in a single booking?
