Yes, i can see that on your site page, this Spline HighChart really has a small font, but i can't reproduce it on my Test Site.

Here are comparison screenshot, how it looks on your page :

And this is how a HighChart Spline chart looks on my page :

It might be some sort of a Theme conflict.

Could you please try, if you change your Theme for a moment, then refresh the page,

and see if the text font of the chart becomes larger, just to see if it is a conflict, some CSS from the Theme might be overriding our plugin default style for charts?

In either case, here are some CSS selectors that you can use to manipulate these font sizes on the chart.

Can you try adding this CSS to the WP page, please?

    font-size: 15px !important;
}

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways. 

If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.

Of course, change the font-size as you need it for your design.
