How do I (or can I) get Amelia to offer more slots to people within a time range? For example, In my calendar, I am available from 12 to 5 pm and I would like people to be able to book for an hour from 12-1 or 12:15 to 1:15 or 12:30 to 1:30, up to 4pm to 5pm etc. I can't get this to happen.
Sorry if I'm being stupid.
Also, if my pervious calendar appointment finishes at 12:07, the Amelia is offering 12:07 to 13:07, 13:07 to 14:07 etc. Which is weird. Can I not have a "only offer times on the quarter , half or hour" option?
As I have to travel in between events, timings aren't always round. My calendar has "travel to" and "travel from" events which causes these weird times.
For that purpose, you can set the "Default Time Slot Step" value to 30 minutes and disable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
Thank you for your help so far, I really appreciate it.
It's still not quite working for me. I have a calendar event finishing at 5.34 and I'd like to offer the next slot as 6. Instead Amelia is showing my availability as 5.34, 6.04 etc. Can this be rounded up or down?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

If you go to https://www.magicpaul.co.uk/bookmagicpaul and select the 1 hour show, then select the 27th May, you'll see odd timings. Pick the 26th and the last timing is weird.
Yes, those appointments are correct. What I was hoping for was for Amelia to see those appointments and go to the next slot start time (for example, if there's an appointment until 3.34, only offer other appointments from 3.45) That way, the time slots offered don't look weird.
If I'm offering slots from 10 to 11, 11 to 12, 12 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5 etc and I have a personal event in my calendar from 10:30 to 10:39 (for example), I would want Amelia to offer the next available slot from 11 to 12 etc. But at the moment it's offering 10:39 to 11:39 etc, through the day which is weird for my clients.
If time is allocated in the diary, how do I get Amelia to see that entire appointment "slot" as busy and to offer from the next available slot only?
Unfortunately, with the Google Calendar integration, Amelia looks at the events from Google Calendar and offers those slots as well if the maximum capacity has not been reached.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Paul,
It is really a strange issue and I am unable to reproduce it.
Can you please let me know if there is any other date with such time slots?
Looking forward to your reply.
