I see from other posts that you have a webhook AmeliaBookingCanceled, in the data sent in parameters, is there a way to know who did the action? (customer, employee or admin)
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that unfortunately we can not help with this at this time but we will consider this for a future updates but we can not promise anything at this time.

Hello Pierre,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
No, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia doesn't have this kind of logs.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Thanks for your response.
Did you ask the developpers?
I am sure there is a way to get that info, for example by knowing in which page or module the cancel was done?
I mean when catching the cancel event thru the hook AmeliaBookingCanceled
There must be a way to know that it was triggered in the back end, employee or customer portal
Unless you have a more reliable way I will use the variable $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] to determine the page where the hook was triggered
Hello Pierre,
I will also forward this to our developers and when I get feedback from them I can contact you again on this ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
