Blue Sky Education is looking for a new booking software for our website. Our current software is falling short in user friendliness and capabilities. I have between 50-60 active teachers teaching classes to an estimated 300 students. We are hoping to grow our business and to do that we need a booking software that is super parent friendly (even when there are language barriers as our students are mostly in China).
A perfect scheduling software for us would be integrated and highly customizable. I envision new parents being able to schedule a free trial class with any teacher available at a particular time and date using a calendar view. I would also like parents to be able to easily book and pay for lessons (payment through Stripe with a WeChat payment option) with their preferred teacher using a calendar view. Is this within Amelia's capabilities?
I'm also curious as to the ability of this software to transition to an app. That's on our wish list for this year too.

You can create as many employees as you need there are limitations in Amelia, this only deepened on your hosting package.
Amelia can be translated into the traditional Chinese language.
As for booking we appointments we have 2 booking forms step by step and calmdar view you can you use one or both the choice is yours.
Amelia is quite customizable but like any other plugin, it is customizable up to a point.
As for app we do not have this option but Amelia has 3 different type of views and adjust to computer, tablet and mobile.
