Just installed Amelia pro on a new WordPress site.

Cannot add Employees, Services, Location, or Customers and others...

When I try to access settings, the inset is just a blank.

I have removed the program and reinstalled, same problem.

System throws "Error Request failed with status code 500"

while trying to add information to the settings.

    We are running PHP 8.2

    Hello Marc,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

There are 2 possible solutions either you have multiple roles tied one user in WP users or a conflict.

Let us try out the first one.

You can not be Admin and manager or admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.

You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.

After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic
