I have all my services by default with pending status. And I want to have this datetime to be avalable for others to. Than I can select by myself which of pending appointments I going to aprove. How to achive that?
I did it before. Also I have changed Maximum Cpacity of the services to more than one. Still is not working. If some one has a pending appointment then the date time is not avalable for others to chose.
But then it's pointless. I want it to wark like that:
1. I have only place to one customer at the time.
2. I want my customers to choose a date time from all avalable houres whcin not have been approved. So thay can book if someone have a pending status at the same date time.
3. I want to choose by my self which appointment I want to choose from thsoe which has pending status at the same date time.

For that purpose, you can enable the "Allow booking above maximum capacity" option on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page.

My apologies, that is right, the customers will only be able to book an appointment over the maximum capacity when the appointment is already approved
