Me uno al ticket del 18 de abril de Alex Breuer donde informa que inició sesión como administrador en WordPress y editó mi formulario de reserva del calendario de eventos, de repente recibo un error 403 cuando intento guardar nuevos cambios en la copia de seguridad del formulario. No importa lo que hagas ahora, no acepta ediciones. Todavía puedo usar todas las demás funciones del complemento de Amelia, solo que específicamente no puedo personalizar el formulario de reserva.
Probé todas las soluciones posibles que te da el equipo de soporte, incluyendo revisar la memoria del sitio, pero el error persiste. Parece que la única solución era resetear completamente el formulario, pero esta solución no me funciona, ya que perdería todas las configuraciones que he hecho hasta ahora. Por favor, necesito una solución al problema.

When you see that you have a 403 error. The 403 Forbidden Error happens when the web page (or another resource) that you’re trying to open in your web browser is a resource that you’re not allowed to access.
It’s called a 403 error because that’s the HTTP status code that the webserver uses to describe that kind of error.
You usually get this error for one of two reasons.
The first is that the owners of the webserver have properly set up access permissions and that you’re really not allowed access to the resource. The second reason is that the owners of the webserver have improperly set up permissions and you’re getting denied access when you really shouldn’t be.
You need to contact your hosting provider because you have an issue with your permissions.
Once you do that please let us know if everything is back in order.
