I would like to put the working days for an employee on Tuesdays / Thursdays and Saturdays but with working hours that change depending on the month. I can't find how to do.
That would be one solution, the other solution would be to create different employees for each month, and then add days off for other months in which a specific employee will not be available.

For that purpose, you can set up working hours in the Special days tab of the employee.

Thanks for answer but it is not the solution
In special day tabs, we cannot chose the day of the week. For example :
From 1st may to 30 may the employee works on thuesday / thursday /saturday from 18h to 20h
From 1st june to 30 june the same employee works on thuesday / thursday /saturday from 19h to 21h
From 1st july to 30 july the same employee works on thuesday / thursday /saturday from 20h to 22h
etc
