I don't know if this could be alternating, but each service can have the "Minimum time required before booking" configured, so in here you can define the period when customers won't be able to book an appointment.
For example, if Service A can't be booked 14 days in advance, I'd see the next available time slot on May 11th. However, if you configure the same for Service B, it'd be the same, so it wouldn't be alternating.
The way to make it alternating would be a bit cumbersome - you'd need to configure Special Days in your employees' profiles. So, employees providing this service would work on Service A from May 1st - May 5th, then again from May 15th - May 19th, then again from May 29th - June 2nd, and so on. Service B would be provided between May 8th and May 12th, then again between May 22nd and May 26th, then again between June 5th and June 9th, and so on.
So I think I have to concentrate on only one Service with 4 appointments in the package.
My question regarding this: so I setup like in your example a minimum of 14 days in advance to book the service A. first appointment of the package from service A would be 11th of May. Would the 2nd possible booking for service A be 14 days from the 1st appointment, so earliest 25th of May, or is the user able to book in the same week as appointment #1? I would like to avoid this, since there should be an minimum gap of 14 days in between appointments.
For what I understood it's not possible atm, but I just wanted to be clear on this. Thanks again!
Thank you for your patience and for reaching back out to us.
As Aleksandar is currently on vacation, I will fill in for him.
At the moment, there is no limit for appointment bookings from packages as there are for services and events, but we will implement this in the future.
In the meantime, please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hey guys,
I'm considering upgrading my license to pro in order to use the packages feature.
I'm wondering if there is the possibility to preset a certain fixed time in between services for which the client is able to book.
For example:
Service A: there have to be 2 weeks until the next possible appointment/in between appointments.
Service B: same
So it would be alternating and the user has to choose like this:
Service A in week 1
Service B in week 2
Service A in week 3
Service B in week 4
And so on. Hope it's clear, what I mean... Is there a chance this is possible? Otherwise I'll try another workaround I'll have to figure out :)
Thanks for your help!
Kind regards
Tobias
Hello Tobias.
