In Amelia back-end, how can I apply a coupon for one person in an appointment with multiple persons if the other customers should not receive this coupon.
Actually, I can apply only a coupon for all customers in one appointment. Even if I edit an appointment later, the coupon cannot be added.
I want to have a special price for a person within an appointment with multiple customers. Or is there another way to change the price for a customer within an appointment later?
At the moment, as you mentioned, the coupon from the back-end can only be applied to appointments that have one customer. Once the 2nd customer is added, the "Add Coupon" field disappears.
What you can do is open the booking page in an incognito window and book with this customer's details, using the coupon on the front-end. At this time, this is the only option.
We will work on redesigning the back-end as well since the redesign of the front-end forms is coming to an end. With the redesign, we will also be updating some functionalities and features, but at this time, I am not aware if adding a coupon will work for individuals within an appointment. I'll forward that suggestion to our developers, though.
In the Finance section, you can edit the payment, but you can either set it to be paid, partially paid, or not paid - if you set it to be "paid" with a price lower than the price of the appointment, it will still list a "Pending" status in the list of transactions. I'll make sure that's forwarded to developers also.

Hi Aleksandar,
thanks for your answer. Will this function in the back-end be implemented in a future release?
Is editing a booking in finance for special price update for on-site payment also not possible?
Best regards,
Philipp
