    Hello good afternoon!

    I need help configuring order status, with notifications and payment method.

    We are using Woocomerce to use MERDADOPAGO in Brazil: we would like to receive payments via pix or credit card

    I'm having trouble configuring the three together.

    Here are the situations:
    01- I finalized the payment by MERDADOPAGO and however the payment was rejected, but I received the notification in the approved scheduling email. The correct thing would be to receive the pending scheduling email.

    WOOCOMERCE ORDER NUMBER: #1905 TAYNA Bastos

    02 - When payment is pending on woocomerce, it does not appear on the AMELIA AGENDA.
    WOOCOMERCE ORDER NUMBER: #1908 Emanuel Perreira

    It follows the pints as it is now configured: order status, notifications and payment method.

    Hello Tayna,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can choose which appointment, event, and package status in Amelia will match which order status in WooCommerce. When you change the order status in WooCommerce it will automatically be changed in Amelia. By default, you have three rules for status correlation, “On-hold”, “Processing” and “Completed”, but by clicking on the “Add rule” you can create more correlation between Amelia and WooCommerce statuses. When you click on that button a new section will appear with the following options, that you need to set:

    • “Order” dropdown, from which you can choose one of the WooCommerce order statuses that you want to correlate with status in Amelia
    • “Apply On” is where you can define the rule which will trigger the change of the appointment status, and that an action can be either order creation or order update.
    • “Booking”, here you choose the status in Amelia you want to correlate with the WooCommerce status, depending on if you are creating a rule for appointments, events, or packages.
    • Lastly, on the “Payment” dropdown, you can choose the payment status that will be set, once the order is WooCommerce is created or updated.

    We will explain how the logic between Amelia bookings and WooCommerce Products works:

    -

    Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method,  in Amelia settings/Payment settings,

    a new Woo Product is automatically created , named "Appointment".

    You will be able to see it in back-end of WordPress in WooCommerce/Products:

    By default, all services/events are connected to this WooCommerce product,

    you are able to edit it/rename it, etc.

    You are also able to add multiple products and choose which product is connected to which Service/Event.

    In Amelia, go to the Services page, edit one of the services and you will see Settings/Payments tab.

    Here you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service.

    The same applies to Events

    This way, you will be able to set different taxes and other WooCommerce options for each product and each service/event in Amelia.

    After setting the product, you can set the Tax and/or invoice option, or if you don’t need either of these options, you can start using the WooCommerce payment methods

    1. We have recently updated our Documentation page that explains how you can connect the statuses between Amelia and WooCommerce;

    2. You can also add taxes, and invoices if you wish, with WooCommerce as well;

    3. In the “Redirect page” option you can choose to which page customers will be redirected to after they finish their booking successfully. If you select the “WooCommerce Thank you page”, your users will stay on the last page of WooCommerce, and if you chose the “Amelia Add to Calendar page”, your customers will be redirected to the Congratulations page in Amelia, with the option to add their appointment or event to their calendar. -

    All of this is explained on this page - https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/

    In the link above you have everything explained in detail.

    If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

    We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic [email protected]
