We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have two bookings at different times, made for the same service and both still with sufficient availability. If I try to change the time of the first one from the control panel, I don't see any of the times that have already been booked even though they have availability.
In the attached example, I cannot change the reservation from 07:05 to 07:35, nor to 08:05, nor to 08:35. Only because there is already a reservation at those times, but the hourly availability is for 9 people.
From the website, all this slots always available for booking if it is not already full.

You can't reschedule appointments on top of existing appointments. Amelia doesn't allow appointments to overlap.
These are two different appointments, so you can't merge them together.
The only option would be to access the 2nd appointment and to add the customers that were included in the 1st appointment. Then, you'd need to cancel/delete the 1st appointment in order to free that time slot for other customers.
