    Hi,

Is there a way to set up booking so it just display a time rather than a time slot i.e 1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc.

I use the booking for customers to arrange for repairs to be dropped off. My preference is to have on the hour appointments, i can only set this up using a 1 hour time step with 1 hour duration and no buffers.

i tried making the appointment have a 10 minute duration with 1 hour time step so they have a 10 minute window to arrive. with a 50 minute buffer, also trid this with no buffer.

both of these setups cause booking times to change ( to 11.10 - 11.20 for example) when some one makes a booking on that day.

my ideal scenario is either bookings just saying, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00 etc  or 11.00 - 11.10, 12.00 - 12.10, 13.00 - 13.10 etc, and when someone makes a booking these times do not alter.

currently having a full hour showing for the booking to keep the time from changing themselves means that customers are arriving anytime during that hour in spite of emails and booking page info asking them not to do that.

if this is possible and yo can assisst that would be amazing.

    Hello Ian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you set the buffer time that is added to duration of your appointment and your appointment is no longer 50 it is 60 because of 10 minutes buffer time.

So, you can set that your appoitnemtn is 50 minutes and that your buffer time is 10 minutes and then you can turn on the option in general settings called Include service buffer time in time slots, and then you time slots will look like this

    Hope this helps.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
