I have a question about access to the user panel. As we know there are two options:
1) If we do not have the option for the user to access with their password active. Simply when you register for an event and want to access your panel, you enter your email and a direct access link to your profile is sent to you.
2) In the case of having the active password. When a user registers, they have to access with their email and password. But, they have not yet established any. In other notifications we see the Access Data, but this one to establish a password redirects you to the WP-Admin panel (which looks bad). However, if the user clicks on I forgot password, it sends a link that redirects them to the website and to set a new password and repeat it to verify it.
When a user registers for an event, shouldn't you send them a password set? But not to wp-admin, but like when they recover it.
Of course, but through the link generated with (%customer_panel_url%) the user can directly enter their profile. But, you haven't set any password yet.
However, if he clicks on I forgot my password, the email he sends is the one attached in the photo.
And it redirects them to a url where they can type a password and repeat it to confirm it.
This message could not be sent automatically for users who have registered for the
first time in an event. Thus, they receive the registration in their mail and another where to establish a password.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I solved it in the following way. I installed a plugin that allows me to manage automatic WP submissions as you told me and also allows me to create new ones based on conditions.
Delete the presets and set up a welcome one where I welcome the user, give them their username, and provide a link to reset their password.
For now it's solved, I'm still doing tests, this afternoon if I see that something is wrong I'll provide you with credentials.
What you want is not possible. Customer can not receive pre set password for customer panel and the user name can be their mail. This is how Amelia works and this is how it is designed and this cant be altered.
So, you can place the customer panel placeholder to the notifications
And once they book for the first time they can set the password.
If you can not set this up we can login and set this up for you but there is not option to send preseleted password and username to customers.
Please tell us did you manage to set this up "And once they book for the first time they can set the password" or do you have issues with this?
The question is that according to the photo that you have given me, when the user clicks on the link, he is not redirected to establish his password, but has to start a session. If you do not have a password, you cannot log in to your user panel.
I understand that Amelia is not configured to send a temporary password to newly registered users.
I send you an email with the video to your email. It has the subject of "Amelia CIR"
But, I see that the process is complicated by %costumer_user_pannel% because the users receive in their mail a link not to set the password, but to a login (and they can't login because they don't have a password).
So, since they don't have a password, they have to recover it, and through a second email if you send them the link to a password establishment (the sequence goes away in the video)
I just want to know if the link that is sent to you in the automatic password recovery email could be sent to you in the email that says "Welcome to CIR".
Or, if there is a way that the welcome email can directly set the password and the email can be made shorter by a single email and they don't have to reset password.
We have to ask again can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, even like that we can not login. Can you please send us a short one minute video with instructions? We have never encountered this issue.
We will make this ticket private so feel free to send it here.
We went on your site and we booked an event and we got the notification. After that we went on your customer panel page and we click on reset password
And after that we created the password without any issues as you can see in the scrrenshoot
and we were able to log in without any issues
Also, if you place a customer panel placeholder in the approved notifications they will be able to set the password right away as soon as they book for the first time.
As far as we can see everything is working fine and there is no issues
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Unfortunately, you bypass the password reset and you can't create your own password for customers and you can't send your reset message for Amelia panels. Our panels are tied to Amelia and must be reset through Amelia. As on any other site, when you reset your password, it goes through their system because the password cannot be reset through someone else's system.

Hello again Ignacio,
There is a couple of different things.
The back end access is not sent by us, this is sent automatically from WordPress.
That's WordPress' default email for every new user. I don't know if you can disable it through WordPress settings, but I do know that you can do it with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/manage-notification-emails/
Just disable the option “New user notification to the user” and you’ll be good.
Oh and btw in case you wanna know where the code is, you might wanna open up this file: wp-includes/pluggable.php Line number: 1989
So when you disable this through the 3rd party plugin, your customers will only receive notifications from Amelia, without the following email:
"Username: ———
To set your password, visit the following address"
I hope that helps.
As for the panel, the first time they try to access the customer panel they will see the option to create a password before they can log in.
So you need to set the customer panel placeholder to your notifications
And once they click on it they can create a password for our customer panel.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
Yeah, I don't know if I explained myself wrong. I know that through password recovery they send you a message to reset it.
But, there is no way for the user to bypass the reset, and is the CIR welcome message sent a link that goes directly to the password reset?
Thank you.
Hello again Ignacio,
Unfortunately, you bypass the password reset and you can't create your own password for customers and you can't send your reset message for Amelia panels. Our panels are tied to Amelia and must be reset through Amelia. As on any other site, when you reset your password, it goes through their system because the password cannot be reset through someone else's system.
