I previously bought and tried Amelia but it didn't work for me at the time. Trying again now and reinstalled it but I have a Lite version and the Activation panel is blank (screenshot). Any ideas?
The Lite version needs to be deactivated/deleted, and the full version installed to be able to activate the license and use all features of the plugin. Here are the full instructions on how you can update from free to the full version of the plugin.
In short:
You can download the full version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.
If you already configured Amelia, don’t worry about your data. It is saved in the database, and it will be there after you install the full version.
Once you install the full version, make sure to purge all cache on your site. Let us know if you're still facing this issue after you install the full version.
