In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Dear Amelia,
My problem is with the approved email notifications. Before, everything worked fine, but for the past several days, it does not show up. Everything else does (deleted appointment, rescheduled, etc.) but the confirmed one right after the client booked, does not. I did not change anything at the setting.

Sadly I can not send screenshots, because the problem is that a notification email does not show up. When a client books the appoitment, fills the details and at the end confirms it. After the booking is done, the clients used to get a confirmation email right after they booked it. Now, they do not recieve it, and I do not understand why. We have this setting on, did not change anything on the text or anything else.
Was my description somewhat more understandable now?
