Good afternoon.
I have encountered an issue with the shared resources.
I have settled 3 employees(equestrian guides) and i have 7 services(horseback riding).My store(horse stable) open at 7am and close at 8:00 pm. One of this employees works only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 8:00pm with a pause from 11:00am to 4:00pm. The others employees work all the week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm with a pause from 11:00 am to 4:00pm. I have settled a shared resources of quantities 10 units(horses) . Why when 3 different clients book the same service of duration 2 hours on the same day of the weekend(so means I have 3 employees) for eg. 30th April 2023 from 8:00 to 10:00 am, for the third client it will appear slots from 7:00am to 9:00 am or from 9:00 am to 11:00 am? Should the 10 resources would not be available from 8:00 am to 10:00 am?
The meaning of my request is: if I have 10 resources occupied for a service from 8 am to 10 am why when someone books the same service, the available slots cross the slot with already all the 10 resources already occupied?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our resource works in the opposite way than what you want to achieve. You can have one resource and you can share it with 3 employees and as soon as one employee is booked the other two employees can not be booked at that time slot. This is how they are designed.
You need a group service you do not need resources. And you can set the capacity for that service is 3 then all 3 employees can accept up to 3 bookings for each time slot. Also, you can set in employee/edit employee that capacity for one employee is 4 so in that way you can accept up to 10 bookings.
