I've upgraded the payment to pro mode, because I wanted to try out the packages, but instead it disappeared completely. Now I cannot even see the options to create one, however I have multiple cervices created and added them to employees.
How can I create packages?
I've tried to delete Amelia and reinstall, but didn't solve any problems.
This is most likely just a caching issue. If you do not see your packages option please try to reinstall Amelia again and also we are sending you a short instruction on how to update Amelia to the latest version.
Go to Amelia Settings/Activation, and make sure that the "Delete Amelia content" slider is disabled.
Then, go to your Plugins section and deactivate the plugin. If you're using WordPress 5.8+, you'll be able to go to the Plugins section/Add New, and upload the file you previously downloaded.
When you upload the file, WordPress will inform you that you're replacing the plugin with the new version, so just confirm that. After the plugin is installed, activate it, and make sure to purge all cache from your website.
If you still don't see it, please try the following
1. Click on F12, then right-click on the refresh arrow of your browser and select the clear cache and hard reload option and after that packages should appear
2. You can try to access it from a different browser
3. Try to access the backup from another device and that option should appear.
You can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.

Can you please help me with another issue:
I would like to set up myself an az amelia employee, which I've done in the user section (added amelia employee as a roll).
But in the employees section, I couldn't add myself as an existing employee, just as a new one.
I've just refreshed my browser and deleted amelia and reuploaded.
Do you have any suggestion?
