Dear support,
today I found the PayPal payment for the renewal Amelia Basic subscription. Unfortunately I didn't see the emails. I received your renewal advice in the "promotion" tab so I couldn't decline or cancel the plan. The plugin is no longer necessary for me and I kindly request of a refund. I really hope for it.
