I have integrated Amelia and Google Calendar. The sync works fine: when a client has booked an appointment on my website, it shows in Google calendar. However in Google Calendar it only shows the name of the service that the client chose when booking, but the name of the client who booked the appointment is not visible in Google Calendar. How do I make it happen that also the name of the client syncs with Google Calendar and is shown there?
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
User or appointment details can be displayed in Google Calendar. You just need to put placeholders in Event Description filed that you can find in settings/integrations/Google Calendar
There you can choose which detail will appear in your Google Calendar.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
There are a few places with reviews about plugins that really matter to our future customers.
It'd be awesome if you could leave a review on all three websites, but I know that may be too much to ask, so can you, please, leave a review at least on one of these websites:
If you have a couple of minutes, we would really appreciate it! No need to write any specific text.
As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 SMS credit for each review as long as you provide us with the link to your review or a screenshot (Capterra, for example, goes through a verification process and it takes a day or two before the review is visible).
