Can you tell me, where I can edit the settings, so people cant book at the same time?
Yes, of course. When you create a service you can set the minimum and maximum capacity. You can set both to one and also in settings/appointment settings you can turn off both option there.
But here in mind that if you have 3 employee on that service at the same time you offer 3 spots to be booked.
