Hello, we have on our website the Step-by-Step by Amelia widget and it's not working. First when we tried to book multiple lessons, it didn't send out an Email (Client & Team) and in the calendar were only 5 appointments but we booked 11 slots. The weird thing was that it was blocked on the homepage. And after I updated Amelia, it didn't work at all so we changed it for now, for the normal Booking widget. It would be great, if you could help us find a solution.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue is exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots? Or even better can you send us a short one minute video of the issue?
sorry, so the Amelia Step-by-step Booking Form isn't working for multiple bookings. Neither the client nor the team is getting an Email confirmation. Also it isn't marked in their personal calendars.
Also here some Screenshots. With the normal booking form it also doesn't work.
As you can see, if I want to book a lesson for 3 Persons the confirmation Mail works but for 4 it doesn't and that is a problem. We have 5 Team members and only for 2 of them everything works.
If we understood you correctly you are saying that notifications are working for one service and not for the other one?
This should not be possible.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Your notifications are working. The issue is that you have set that the status of this service is pending
And you have turned off the pending notifications
When we change the status of the appointment form from pending to approved we get the notifications immediately
So everything is fine you just need to either enable pending notifications or in services/edit service change that status for this service appointment is approved and your customers will receive the notifications.

And now the timeslot is showing 13:50 for one lesson but it should always start every full hour and it does on the other ones but not on this booking! That shouldn't happen
Everything is working fine you just did not set it up properly. We have found what the issue is. In employee modal you have set that the minimum capacity is 4 and that maximum capacity is 4
With this settings until 4 people book they will all get a pending status and since your notifications for pending status are turned off customer do not get notifications. We have now set this ti 1 and 4 as you can see in the screenshot and now all should be fine
