I have create offer and unfortunately, my employee does not have the information about the appointment taken when they bought the offert. The shortcode doesnt seems to work like custom short code or event client information. How can we get this information by e-mail ?

For that purpose, you need to configure %package_appointments_details% placeholder and add it to the notification template.
