I have a notification 1 day before saying "I remind you that you have an appointment tomorrow...". BUT if the customer take an appointment the same day, he receives 2 notifications : one saying "your appointment is confirmed..." and another saying "I remind you that you have an appointment tomorrow..."
Is there a way to avoid the reminder notification, when the delay (1 day for my example) is already done ?
This is how cron works but this is not up to us. Cron is not our product and we can not influence it. Cron is a WordPress product. Amelia only has a command for cron and that is it. This is not our product and this is set on your server we have nothing to do with it and we can not influence it.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
But do you have a PHP code to put on Cron event that avoid my issue ?
Or if you don't have, can you provide me the name of the variable of the starting time of a reminder notification in your API ? (in order to create myself the PHP code)
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. But this should be fixed in of the future updates.
