We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi everyone!
I am building a system to make school enrollments and each one spans 10 minutes. When I see the list of appointments I can see the data/hour, the client, the employee and the service. And all the status are "acepted" but I'd like to know if the person has come to the appointment (something like "PRESENTED").
If I use a custom field, the person can see that field in the form, when he/she choose the data... is there any way to make "check" if the person has come?
Thank you in advance!
Hello Laura,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We have the opposite option called no-show. This you can place as a status if the customer does not show up for the appointment.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi, Marko, and thank you so much for your response!
Could you explain me how to put that "no-show"?
When I try to configure the Form (2.0) I can't find any option to show or hide that field (in fact, it doesn't appear anywhere), but it appears.
Thank you so much in advance!
Laura.
Hello Laura,
This field is automatically shown once this appointment pases. When you click now on appointments you will see the approved, pending, canceled and reject status. But if you find some appointments in the past a few days ago and when you click on status the no show status will appear.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
