We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We are expanding our ceramic studio and will now be offering a service where you are able to book a table or book for a certain number of people. This will be facilitated by 1 employee and times are flexible.
we have established that the event system won't work but don't seem to be able to get appointments set up to achieve our goal.
Guests should be able to go onto our website and book a table / number of people.
Hello Vicky,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you create a service you can set the maximum capacity for this service and when you set to more then one you will the option bring someone with you. This way one person can book for several people in one booking.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Correct, but i have 6 tables and 32 seats. If I open 32 spots, then we have the situation that i open 32 spots to book, strangers sit together.
Hello Vicky,
We do not have table option in Amelia, you can create several services in that case and call them table one or studio one, etc But in this case you would need to create 6 employees for 6 different services. Also, you can manually direct people where you want them to sit, and also when someone books for himself and for 5 more people and when they come together you just place them one next to each other.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
