Previously we have not had problems with this but recently have had a couple of patients book from overseas. Before we had the donation option, it was less of an issue but now it requires us to arrange refunds.
It also requires us manually monitoring to spot these appointments.
Do you know if it possible to apply a conditional answer to proceed (similar to a mandatory field). These patients are selecting ‘no’ to the UK resident questions, so it would be great if we could stop them there.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
