Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
I have a website where clients pay for a monthly membership, and they get access to the calendar page where they can see all the events happening that month. I want them to be able to signup without payment required (since they already paid for the membership that gave access to them to that page)
How can I remove the "FREE" tag from the event list view?
Hello Lucas.
If there are some paid events, and you only want to hide the "Free" label, you can access Customize 1.0, select the "Event List" booking form in the dropdown, and edit the section where the event's name is.
Scroll a bit down, and under the "Free" label, hit SPACE, so there's an empty space in there:
If there are no prices, and you need to hide that section altogether, simply disable the "Event Price" Visibility slider below.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi
The new version does not have this option see attachment. Under Label there is a Free with empty field. How do hide free?

Hello William.
The approach is similar, but it requires two actions, for two approaches.
Approach #1:
Step 1: If there's a combination of Free and paid events, you can enter a blank Space in the "Free" label (the screenshot that you sent), so it clears the label:
Step 2: To hide the "Free" label when a customer clicks on "Read more", click on the "Event Info" step:
Then, under "Labels" -> "Step Header" find the "Free" label, and add a blank space as well. After you publish the form, the "Free" label will not be present anymore.
Approach #2: If all you have are free events:
Step 1: In the Customize -> Event List Booking Form 2.0 section click on the "Events List" step:
And then, under "Options", disable the "Event Price" slider:
Step 2:
Click on the "Event Info" step:
And then, under "Options", disable the "Event Price" slider.
I hope that helps
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi
The Approach # 1 doesn't work. I add a blank space by clicking on the tab key. Can you please record a video to show?
Thank you
Hi again William.
Hitting TAB will switch to the next label, it will not include a space. Hit SPACE on your keyboard to enter a blank space.
Please check out the video attached.
