Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hey! I just installed the free version of Amelia to see how it goes before buyin. How can i configure to accept overlap bookings? I need to have booking at the same time frame. I read this article, https://wordpress.org/support/topic/booking-of-multiple-services-at-the-same-time/, and the TMS support says to send a ticket through here to understand the work around on how to make this happen.
thank you
Hello Catarina,
Thank you for your interest in our product.
This was maybe possible with some workaround a few year ago, but it is not possible now. Sam's customers can not book several services at the same time. And Amelia is now designed to prevent overlaps so that there are no double bookings. So what you want is not possible at this time.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you for your reply but I'm not 100% sure if we are speaking about the same thing.
I send an image as attachment to preview what i want to make.
This draft was made on Calendar from Mac OS.
As you can see there are multiple booking for the time frame of 15h to 16h (client 1 to 3), multiple bookings at 16h to 17h (client 4 and 5) with an overlap of client 6 that goes from 16:30 to 17:30.
Is this booking structure/complexity possible?

Hello Catarina,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets and we had national holidays. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
You can have a booking from 16 to 17 and from 17 to 18 but not from 16.30 to 17.30 at the same time with the same employee. This will lead to double booking.
This can be achieved if you have 2 employees, one that can accept bookings form 16 to 17 and from 17 to 18 and another that can accept booking from 16.30 to 17.30.
This is how Amelia is designed.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
