My question was if all our customers do need to configure the new Server-to-Server OAuth app connection, to be able to continue using Zoom for their appointments?
If our customers already use the JTR Zoom integration now, do they need to switch to the new Server-to-Server OAuth app to continue using the Zoom integration?
In other words, does the 'old connection' with Zoom still work and if so, how long will this continue to work?
I saw this in the changelogs:
Does this mean that existing connections have to be reconnected via the Server-to-Server OAuth of Zoom?
Hello Joas,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This change was made as Zoom will soon deprecate JWT, and in accordance with that, we have made these changes.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,

Hello Joas,
You will need to do that on the account with which you integrate Zoom with Amelia.
Hope this helps you.
PLease let me now if you have any other questions.

I don't think you understand the question.

In other words, does the 'old connection' with Zoom still work and if so, how long will this continue to work?
Hello Joas,
Thank you for clearing that up.
Yes, they need to set up a new Server-to-Server OAuth app to continue using it. The JWT app will be deprecated as of the 1st of June.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
