Thanks for the reply and information.

So, are you saying that if I have my OWN Twilio account, I can use it within Amelia?

Or, are you saying that your Amelia SMS service uses Twilio, and that I must use your Amelia SMS?

I can't see the clear distinction on the web page URL you provided.

I wish to be able to use my own Twilio account, and pay Twilio for the SMS costs (Not Amelia).

Can it be done with Webhooks within Amelia perhaps?
