I have updated the Labels in Amelia, as shown in the screenshot attached, but they do not update anything on the front end, as you can see by going to the URL I've submitted.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
Hope this helps If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you for the solution, but I don't understand. What are those label fields for if not for what they describe? Creating translation files are obviously more of a pain then modifying those fields, plus what happens if an official translation is released that overwrites my settings?
Also, did you see the issue I'm having with extras completely destroying the schedule from my update 2 days ago?
Here is what I wrote:
I have another issue that I hope you can look into at the same time. The scheduling works great when you are picking additional people to add to an appointment, but we discovered that if you select any "Extras" which we have relabeled "Children" it completely ruins the schedule. It doesn't match the actual schedule at all if you add several extras, I have no idea what is going wrong.
I tried as you suggested, but editing the language files did not work using my language. I was forced to edit the FrontendString.php file directly to get the strings to change, which obviously isn't a permanent solution, as any update will overwrite my changes. I'm still unclear why the built-in "Labels" settings in the general Settings area for Amelia don't do anything. If they did, that would seem to resolve what I'm after.
I figured out why the Extras were messing up the appointment calendar. By default, extras require adding additional duration to an appointment. Why can't I add a fee to a service without being forced to add additional duration to it? Either remove the required duration for extras or allow appointments to have more than 1 price tier. This is the case for events, there is no problem having multiple price tiers for events, but there does not seem to be any way to accomplish this with appointments.
We are currently working on labels functionality as it is not working properly. You can create a back-up of the translation files and then edit it when there is a new Amelia update.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello Hayden,
Thank you for the credentials.
I would suggest that you do it this way:
Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you install Loco Translate and then translate these strings.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
