You can see on the URL I have shared that there is a yoga Service on the calendar. My client would like to delete it, and when I go on the service, event and any other tab, there is nothing about this yoga. I have even delete the location :

How is it possible that this service is appearing on the calendar even if it not registered ?
If you configured everything, but the booking form doesn't work properly, it could be a cache issue. Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
