"AMelia does not show up on Handys" (#3349629) / TMS-Plugins

I use DIVI to build my website. The Amelia Plug in works when using a PC but doesn`t show up on Handys. I can`t figure out where the Problem is.

I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue is exactly? And please tells us what is Handys? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
