I like Kivicare for their note functionality but their appointment plugin does not suit my needs completely.

Do you plan to add a note functionality for customers so that employees can easily see note history of each appointment in calendar view?

I know there is notes in customer profile but it is only one field and not easily accesible.

If not can you suggest a plugin that would help to achieve that, ideally using web hooks?
