1. I'm trying to get your plugin to integrate properly with Ultimate Member and it's causing some pretty significant conflicts when it comes to ultimate members Registration form. Since Amelia requires the Amelia Customer role to be active and no custom roles, for some reason this causes a conflict with my Registration form from Ultimate Member and won't allow the page to redirect, it submits the registration data and creates an account, but just refreshes the page making it look like the page glitched out and they didn't submit anything. So they have to refill the data, and then it flashes red errors at them saying the user is already existing. So I need some help finding a suitable workaround
2. I'm having some issues searching for new customers. I just had two people register for an account, they were given Amelia Customer role, but when I go to the Calendar or Appointments view and try to manually add their appointment, when I search for those two customers by first name, last name, email, or username, it shows "No data" and can't find them - but other customers do show up in the list before I type anything. What's going on? This is preventing me and my staff from manually adding appointments which is causing us to lose phone sales.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Okay so I've since made some progress on these. The 1st one Ultimate Member wrote me a php script that helps with the registration process, but would still like to see a fix built into your system at some point so I don't need custom code to achieve it - unless you have another workaround you can give me.
Second, I figured out why the names weren't showing up in my search - it's because new accounts registered are not being automatically created as an Amelia Customer in the customers list, even though they are given the Amelia Customer role. This is a major concern, as I have had to manually enter in each new persons details into new customers to do any sort of customer work like booking a manual appointment for them.
Sure here is a temporary password, it will only work for 3 days - please be considerate, my site is live and has active customers.
No unfortunately, it still isn't working - I've provided some screenshots of what the email looks like in my Amelia editor, and what the actual email in my mail inbox looks like.
Also, I'm having issues with the automatically sent emails, none of them are sending. No triggers are working on the emails or scheduled ones. When I send a test email, it comes just fine - but something is not working properly with your automated emailing functionality.
I've added the line at the bottom listed on the notifications Amelia page to my crons file - please advise, this is making my business very difficult as we rely heavily on these emails to be sent automatically
