My customer, runs a fishing charter guide service. He schedules 2 trips per day, One in the morning and one in the afternoon. While testing the site, I can schedule a morning trip only. The date is blocked out after scheduling the morning trip.
If any of you are charter guides I'd appreciate your guidance.
The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.
When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:
My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.
You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.
Please check if your services are set to last 5 hours, and also if you wish to set that your employee is working on service A from 06:00 - 11:00 and on service B from 15:00 - 20:00 you need to set this in employee work hours. It would be best to set his working hours in 2 parts 06:00 - 11:00 15:00 - 20:00 not form 06 - 23.
You are most welcome, and we are glad if we were able to help you. If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.

We went on your site but everything is looking good now we can see the both time slots AM and PM
Just as you have set it on your employee work hours. Did you change something since now everything is looking good?
And we were able to book both time slot with put any issues
So as far as we can see everything is fine now and it is working well.
