If a customer buys a package that consists of multiple quantity of a service, can an employee schedule an appointment on behalf of the customer and that have deducted from their available quantity?
For example, a customer buys a package consisting of ten 30-minute coaching sessions. The customer books the first one themself and has 9 left to book. During the first session, the customer and coach agree to the next meeting time and the customer asks the coach to book it on their behalf. Can the coach (employee) book the appointment and have that deduct from the nine available credits?
Thank you for the answer. Is there a specific setting/privilege that I can give to the manager to be able to book from a package for a customer? I have a WordPress plugin that lists various features that I can check on and off.
Where/how can you see how many services have been used and how many are still available in a customer's package?
How does the admin/manager book a services on behalf of the customer and have it deduct from their package?
The attached screenshot is an admin view of booking an appointment but there is no indication that it is going to deduct from a package, or that the customer even has a package.
Please let me know about the questions below. This functionality is important for our organization and quite frankly seem like table stakes for an appointment booking plugin.
Here is the video showing how to book a package on behalf of a customer and also how to check how many appointments the customer has left in a package.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
There are a few places with reviews about plugins that really matter to our future customers.
It'd be awesome if you could leave a review on all three websites, but I know that may be too much to ask, so can you, please, leave a review at least on one of these websites:
If you have a couple of minutes, we would really appreciate it! No need to write any specific text.
As a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 SMS credit for each review as long as you provide us with the link to your review or a screenshot (Capterra, for example, goes through a verification process and it takes a day or two before the review is visible).

Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, only the customer and admin users can book from the package for the customer.
