I've just upgraded from an older version of Amelia to the newest version 6.2.3 I noticed that when testing as a customer, I can see a big red "Cancel" button next to Packages that I purchased.
What's the point of this? Why should customers be able to "cancel" a package after paying for it? It also doesn't cancel any of the pre-booked appointments, so ... what is the purpose?
Surely that's a matter for each vendor to determine according to their own terms and conditions? How can we disable this button?
Is there a WordPress filter or at least some CSS to remove this?
Hello.
I've just upgraded from an older version of Amelia to the newest version 6.2.3
I noticed that when testing as a customer, I can see a big red "Cancel" button next to Packages that I purchased.
What's the point of this?
Why should customers be able to "cancel" a package after paying for it?

Surely that's a matter for each vendor to determine according to their own terms and conditions? How can we disable this button?
Is there a WordPress filter or at least some CSS to remove this?
Many thanks in advance.

OK. Never mind. I found out that this was added in the Dec '22 release and there is a toggle button under "Settings / Customer Settings"
I think it's "weird" to have it set to "Customers CAN cancel packages" as the default.
I'm struggling to think of a scenario where that would be a useful feature.
