I'm sending this message because I feel I need help to set your plugin. I'm making a yoga / massage website for a client and here my issue :
My client is working in 4 differents place, let's call them 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- At the 1 place, she is making massage Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 17h to 19h (massage duration is 1h )
- At the 2 place, she give a yoga class every Thursday from 18h30 to 19h45
- At place 2 again, 3 and 4, she is giving 1 hour massage sessions Tuesdays from 13h30 to 16h30, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9h00- 12h/ 13h30-16-30
Is it possible to regroup all this option is one form ? I don't know how to do, can you help me please ?
This needs to be set in employee work hours like this for example
The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.
When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:
My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.
You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
