Hi,
is there a fast and easy way to issue refunds to clients who have booked an event in case the event has been cancelled by my (the host)?
Or do I have to go manually into paypal and find each payment and do it one by one (which would be a big task if there are 100 participants)

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid, at the moment there's no feature for refunding Customers in Amelia.
Therefore, refunds should be proceeded manually through the payment system.
But we plan to implement this feature in Amelia this year possibly even in the next few months.
