I want to use the paymentlink in the pending status. When I use it, there is a wrong price, because they count te Tax/Vat extra. In woocommerce I have the prices which included the Tax, but when I use the pending link, he thinks it is the price without the tax, so the price in the payment link is to high. What can I do, to make it right?
Thank you! I'm sorry for my bad explanation. My English is not that very well. I sent you an email with the screenshots, so you can see the difference.
Booking on my website, gives an the right amout to pay. But when I book on the backside of the website, direct in the plugin Amelia, so they receive an email with date, time and paymentlink, then the amout is not right. Then he add up the VAT, but in woocommerce the amount is the VAT included.
I just want the same amount when they book on the site, of when I make the appointment on the backsite of the site.
Amelia does not have a tax option, so this is set in WooCommerce. Can you please check your WooCommerce settings and adjust them there and then try and see how it goes?
We plan to add tax option in Amelia, possibly even this year.
By default, all services are connected to one WooCommerce product, but if you create multiple products you will be able to choose a product that will be connected to each service.
Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method, go to the Services page, open one of the services and you will see a Settings tab. When you choose this tab you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service.
This way, you will be able to set different taxes and other WooCommerce options for each product and each service in Amelia.
Or you can just write the price with tax included and insert (Tax incl.) On behalf of the service.
Hope this helps for now.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello Anjo,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue is exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
