    Good morning, I am writing to you because we have problems with your Google calendar account connection logic, you currently allow the accounts to be connected internally prior to the creation of the Aouth API, the problem is that after that it only allows connect an account, the company account and not the advisor account.

    From the advisor's panel he is in social login for him to connect his own email connection, but it does not work, it gives an error, so there is no way that an advisor can really link his personal account with his account as an advisor within his panel in Amelia.

    Currently it can only be done internally, but not with each advisor's account, but with a specific account, the account that owns the Aouth API.

    I ask you please for your support in this case since it is related to the use and apparently whoever developed this part within Amelia did not think how the advisor can connect from his panel with the available social login, since it does not work, which is what is expected to happen.

    Your video has already arrived but the instructions are inverted since internally we cannot connect to an advisor who is in another country, in principle because we should not have their personal password, but also because the advisors do not know how to create Aouth API in google developer, It is not their function to know either because they are advisors in various areas.

    Buenos días, les escribo porque tenemos problemas con su logica de conección de cuentas de Google calendar, ustedes actualmente permiten conectar las cuentas o la cuenta de forma interna previo a la creación de la API de Aouth, el problema es que luego de eso solo permite conecta una cuenta, la cuenta de la empresa y no la cuenta del asesor.

    Desde el panel del asesor esta en loguin social para que el conecte su propia coneutna de correo, pero no funciona, da error, entonces, no hay forma de que un asesor pueda vincular relamente su cuenta personal con su cuenta como asesor dentro de su panel en Amelia.

    Actualmente solo se puede hacer de forma interna, pero no con la cuenta de cada asesor, si no con una cuenta especifica, la cuenta que posee la API de Aouth.

    Le pido por favor su apoyo en este caso ya que guarda relación con el uso y al parecer quien desarrollo esta parte dentro de amelia no penso como el asesor desde su panel con el login social disponible puede conectarse, ya que no funciona, cosa que es lo que se espera que ocurra.

    ya vinos su video pero las instrucciones estan invertidad ya que internamente no podemos conectar a un asesor que esta en otro pais, en principio porque no deberiamos de tener su clave personal, pero tambien porque los asesores no saben crear API de Aouth en google developer, tampoco es su funcion saberlo por ser asesores en areas diversas.

    Hello Miguelangel,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Employees do not have to do anything else except to enter their mail and click on connect and that is it. Of course, this is the case if integration is done properly.

    Please send us the link of the error that you get when you try to connect the employee to their own calendar or if they are doing that their self we would need a screenshot of the error and we will gladly help you.

    If indeed the problem is precisely that it does not work because the advisors cannot connect because it gives them an error, the only way that works is to do it from the administrator, but it does not accept the advisor's email, it only accepts the email where i create the auth api then it is not possible for the advisor to be able to connect, let alone link your account and your google calendar.

    Si en efecto el problema es justamente que no funciona porque los asesores no pueden conectarse debido a que les da error, la única forma que funciona es que desde el administrador se hace, pero no acepta el correo del asesor, solo acepta el correo donde se creo la API de Auth entonces no es posible que el asesor pueda conectarse, y mucho menos vincular su cuenta y su calendario de Google.

    Hello Miguelangel,

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hello Miguelangel,

    We had national holidays for the past few days and we do not work on weekends. 

    We went on your site but you have given us a limited role. We would need admin role so that we can test this and take a closer look

    bellow it says amrlia we do not know if this is a typo or not but we have tried both passwords as you can see in the screenshots but we can not log in
