We changed the label settings (from employees to coaches) but none of the Amelia pages are reflecting the changed names. See attached screenshots.
It has been this way for the previous versions of Amelia/WP, and we are on the most recent version now and it behaves the same. We have cleared cache several times during this period.
Thanks for pointing me to the customize section that did allow me to change the label, but that only affected the booking section.
There are still several references to "Employees" on the front end, before you get into booking an appointment. See attached screenshots. Where do I change these? I thought that is the purpose of the "Labels" in the settings section, like shown in your online instructions. https://wpamelia.com/labels-settings/
Thanks for the help. I figured it out but I found it confusing to navigate through the customize forms settings. It was non-intuitive to me and I struggled with it.
You are most welcome, and we are glad if we were able to help you.
We have set it this way since the majority of our user uses different booking forms in a different way. But we are glad to hear that you have figured it out.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello Brian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to change these labels in customize section and then publish the form. After that purge, the cache and the labels should change in the front.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,

Hello Brian,
Each booking form can have its own settings. So if you use the catalog booking form you need to change the labels there also not just only in 2.0.
