We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am setting up my first table using master detail plugin. It works in admin view (backend) but NOT on the website view (frontend). When you click the button, nothing happens. It doesn't even seem to be a link, the curser does not change when I hover over the button.
I am guessing this is some kind of CSS or javascript issue involving the opening and closing of the modal window. But I do not even know where to begin to troubleshoot the issue. Please help, I was really relying on this plugin to work properly. (P.S.: I did update to the latest versions of both)
Note: I submitted the same URL for another issue on a separate ticket. I hope that is not confusing. I don't think the two issues are related?
Hi, David.
I see what you mean, at first it shows as "clickable" with the "hand" cursor,
but if i try to click into it - then the clickable disappears, just a regular arrow cursor,
but it does not trigger a new error in the browser console - there are a couple of JS errors shown from one of the Theme's JS files right away when the page loads , though - not sure if that is related to the table Master Details issue.
It might be some kind of conflict, as you said - with the Theme's Bootstrap/ or JS script.

I could try switching a couple of settings from the back-end and start with some easy troubleshooting to see how it goes,
later we will see if advanced troubleshooting is needed.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
