Good Day Support,
I wanted to find out in regards to the Booking Slots, if we have 6 slots and someone books only 2 out of 6, is it possible to grey out the remaining 4 so that no one else can book them?
At the moment our client has up to 6 maximum but want a scenario whereby if a customer books either 1 or 2 the remaining slots cannot be booked, even if it's 3 or 4 and so on. Is it possible?
Regards
Hello Webster,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
There is 2 option in Amelia. In settings appointments setting you can find it it is called
Allow booking below minimum capacity.
When this option is enabled this time slot will stay open as long as you have more slots to be booked.
But if you turn it off this time slot will close as soon as one person books and also you can enable bring someone option so that this customer can book for 2 or more people. And if they book for 3 people the time slot will close for further booking.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
