    Hello,

My client has several services that can be booked. But she wants to offer the service otherworldly contacts only once a day, but the rest of the services should continue to be available. How can I specify that the service can be booked only once on free dates?

This service is particularly demanding for you and you should not be able to book the same service several times a day.

    Thank you

    Hello Michael,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The working hours of the service depend on the working hours of the employee. If you want, for example, that specific service to be available only at a certain time, you can set it in employee work hours.

For example, the employee's working hours are from 08:00 to 15:00, you can set that employee works on that service from 08:00 to 09:00 and on others from 09:00 to 15:00.

You can also set it to work on that service from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. (and on other services at the same time, but as soon as it is booked on one service employee will not be available for booking on other services for that time slot) and on others from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m..

    Like this for example

Also, in services/edit service we have an option called Limit appointments per customer . With this option you can limit the appointment per customer and how often they can book this service

If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
