This is not up related to us this is due to WordPress. That's WordPress' default email for every new user. I don't know if you can disable it through WordPress settings, but I do know that you can do it with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/manage-notification-emails/

Just disable the option “New user notification to the user” and you’ll be good.

Oh and btw in case you wanna know where the code is, you might wanna open up this file: wp-includes/pluggable.php Line number: 1989

So when you disable this through the 3rd party plugin, your customers will only receive notifications from Amelia, without the following email:

"Username: ———

To set your password, visit the following address"

WordPress send them mail and access to the backend as we mentioned in the previous reply. We have also sent you most likely solutions for this since we can not block WordPress to send this mail this is the solution. If they log in to the backend they have a limited role and they can only see their appointments.

As for this registered users will be redirected to their woocommerce account page if they try to access we would need a little more information since we do not understand the issue. Can you please send us a short one minute video of the issue and URL of booking page so that we can test this out. Also, please send us the coupon so that we can pay for your service via WooCommerce and test this out.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that this is how wordpress functions without woocommerce. Subscribers can login to the backend aswell. Since they only have access to their profile we don't think it's a security issue. Woocommerce changes this so that if a user doesn't have any of the following permissions they are redirected to their account page (edit_posts, manage_woocommerce or view_admin_dashboard). However before this, they apply a filter 

apply_filters( 'woocommerce_prevent_admin_access', $prevent_access )

and we have set this filter to return false if a hidden option is enabled (true by default) as some users use the admin dashboard for their amelia customers to see their appointments. 

Therefore if you want the default woocommerce behavior you will have to change this setting in the database, in wp_options -> amelia_settings, under "payments" : "wc" : "dashboard" : true. (set it to false).
